About the role
Lead a team building visual query solutions for Nexthink's platform, including a visual editor and rich data table. Own technical roadmap, architecture, and delivery while collaborating with product and handling L3 support.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the team's technical roadmap aligned with product and engineering priorities
- Drive architecture, design, and development best practices
- Work closely with Product to shape solutions and clarify trade-offs
- Design, implement, deliver, and validate product features alongside the team
- Handle L3 support requests with the team
- Promote agile, iterative mindset and participate in team ceremonies
What they're looking for
- Minimum 12+ years of software development experience
- Proficient experience with Java
- Experience working on Kafka
- Experience in API design
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Professional-level English spoken and written
