Senior/Principal analog design engineer in Renesas' $2.6B Power Business Unit, owning transistor-level design of hotswap controllers, eFuse, PMICs and DC-DC converters for automotive power. Involves full-chip analog design, mentoring and driving products concept-to-market.
What you'll do
- Own analog circuit design from block level to full chip
- Design building blocks like charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, bandgaps and regulators
- Lead a team and mentor junior engineers
- Drive design from concept to market release within schedule
- Help identify design limitations for testability, debug and yield
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 8-15 years in analog circuit design, simulation and verification
- Experience with hotswap controllers, IPDs, PMICs, DC-DC converters
- Transistor-level design and system implementation proficiency
- Familiarity with IC processing (BCD nodes), packaging and production test
- Proven team leadership and mentoring history
