Staff ML Engineer architecting and deploying scalable ML APIs and pipelines. Bridges data science research and production, sets MLOps standards, and mentors teams.
What you'll do
- Architect, build, and manage end-to-end ML pipelines
- Translate ML models into production-grade code with data scientists
- Design and deploy low-latency ML API services
- Build monitoring for system health and model performance
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives across tech stacks
- Own feature delivery from requirements to deployment
What they're looking for
- 9+ years in software engineering and machine learning
- Track record of productionizing ML at enterprise scale
- Deep MLOps experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, Math, or related
- Expert OOP in Python and Java
- Mastery of PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, TFServing
- Strong DSA and distributed system design
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
