About the role
As an AWS Solution Architect, you will ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions, conduct technology assessments, facilitate business process reviews, and lead discovery for customers. You will also oversee and mentor technical teams and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions
- Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify need for CCaaS AWS Connect Platform
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Educate customers on AWS value proposition and participate in architectural discussions
- Lead discovery for customers and help build ROIs for projects
- Oversee and mentor technical teams
What they're looking for
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
- Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding
