About the role
Senior Staff/Principal Applications Engineer with deep power electronics expertise. Customer-facing role owning application architecture, reference designs, validation, and critical debug for power management systems.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical interface for key customers in power applications.
- Lead design-in, bring-up, and debug at customer sites or labs.
- Architect and develop reference designs and evaluation platforms.
- Define validation plans reflecting real-world corner cases.
- Perform system modelling and simulation (SIMPLIS, PLECS, SPICE).
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices.

- Deep expertise in power electronics and power management systems.
- Experience in customer-facing applications engineering.
- Hands-on lab skills with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.
- Ability to diagnose complex system-level issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
