About the role
Security Engineer role focused on designing and maintaining security controls across cloud infrastructure, applications, and networks. Involves vulnerability assessments, incident response, and security automation for a new India Tech Hub.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud infrastructure, applications, and network environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling
- Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM tooling
- Partner with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and application teams to embed security best practices
- Support development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks
- Lead or contribute to security incident response activities
What they're looking for
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across cloud infrastructure, applications, and networks
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat modeling
- Experience with SIEM tooling
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Knowledge of security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) controls
