About the role
Senior Manager leading IT End User Services and IT Automation at Smartsheet's India Global Capability Centre. Owns AI and automation strategy for the service desk, manages security and desktop systems teams, and oversees Tier 1 SOC responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Own AI and automation strategy for the service desk
- Lead IT Automation Engineers and Security & Desktop Systems Specialists
- Oversee ticket resolution across hardware, software, network, and user access
- Manage desktop administration for Mac-first fleet (macOS and Windows)
- Oversee first-line SOC responsibilities including alert triage and response
- Set guardrails for automated actions including identity verification and audit logging

- Experience leading IT service desk and automation teams
- Knowledge of AI agents and workflow automation
- Experience with Mac and Windows desktop administration
- Experience with security operations (Tier 1 SOC)
