About the role
Senior Tech Recruitment Business Partner on Adyen's Global Talent Acquisition team acts as a strategic talent advisor for EMEA tech and global hubs, hiring specialised engineering and product management profiles. Partners with engineering and product leaders on headcount and talent strategy.
What you'll do
- Act as business partner to global tech hiring managers, defining headcount and candidate profiles
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for tech and product management roles
- Proactively source passive talent and build candidate pipelines
- Use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires
- Refine recruiting practices and elevate employer brand
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of dedicated tech and product recruitment experience
- Track record placing specialised engineering profiles and product leaders (PM, SPM, GPM)
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape
- Data-minded and results-oriented, uses metrics to drive decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills, fluent English communication
- Proactive and adaptive in fast-moving environments
