What you'll do
- Work closely with Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions
- Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Hands-on development of solution design
- Lead a development team and perform code reviews
- Deliver technical end user training and documentation
