About the role
Solution Architect with deep Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning expertise to design and implement AI/GenAI solutions. This role integrates LLMs, RAG, and NLP into enterprise field service environments.
What you'll do
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service
- Architect field service workflows including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, and asset management
- Lead integration of Salesforce with AI/GenAI platforms using LLMs, RAG, NLP
- Build scalable integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures
- Define AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Conduct customer workshops and technical discovery sessions

- 12+ years in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Systems
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and integration projects
- Experience with AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search)
- Knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
