Manager of Value Engineering leading ~15–20 Value Engineers within Celonis's India go-to-market organization. Owns a customer portfolio, partners with sales and GTM leadership, and drives end-to-end customer value from acquisition through renewal.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of ~15–20 Value Engineers
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Own the value journey across a portfolio: landing, adoption, expansion, renewal
- Translate customer strategy into Process Intelligence use cases and business cases
- Engage senior customer stakeholders including CxOs
- Partner with sales and GTM leadership
