About the role
PMO Manager for R&D and Engineering IT (Mechanical CAD), coordinating strategic initiatives across the MCAD application portfolio. Establishes governance, integrated plans, decision forums, reporting and vendor coordination, combining hands-on execution with stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Drive cross-portfolio initiatives across Mechanical CAD and engineering applications from initiation to benefit tracking
- Establish PMO governance, charters, integrated plans, decision logs, status reporting and closure criteria
- Coordinate Service Managers, Portfolio Managers, Product Owners and external partners around priorities
- Prepare leadership updates, steering materials and change/adoption communications
- Coordinate vendor deliverables, performance reviews and improvement actions
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, cybersecurity, procurement and regulatory requirements
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related
- 8-15 years in PMO, project/program management, service management or portfolio coordination in a global environment
- Proven experience driving concurrent initiatives with business, IT, delivery teams and external vendors
- Strong governance skills: planning, milestone control, RAID, dependency management, executive reporting, benefit tracking
- Exposure to Mechanical CAD and engineering applications (PTC, Autodesk, Bentley, PLM/PDM, simulation tools)
