About the role
Senior/Staff Product Manager for Growth leads a small Growth squad targeting upmarket VC and PE funds. Greenfield work: discovery with prospects, fast prototyping, running experiments, converting prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts. Hands-on role leading engineers.
What you'll do
- Own Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, commercial outcomes
- Identify and engage target upmarket accounts via discovery calls, demos, POC scoping
- Prototype fast with team and AI tooling
- Run experiments, kill losers quickly, double down on winners
- Convert prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts
- Lead a small team of engineers hands-on
What they're looking for
- 7+ years in product with zero-to-one, revenue-generating track record
- Senior or staff level, able to run squad without set direction
- Strong fintech experience and comfort with financial services complexity
- Commercial mindset: business cases, ROI, engaging fund CFO/COO
- Fluent with AI tools like Claude, Lovable
- Experimental by temperament, comfortable with ambiguity and small teams
