About the role
Reo.Dev seeks a Growth Product Manager for its founding team to own growth as a product surface for its revenue stack for developer-focused companies. The role owns activation, adoption, expansion, funnel experimentation, instrumentation, packaging, and pricing, working directly with founders, marketing, and demand-gen.
What you'll do
- Own growth surface end-to-end: first-run, activation, adoption, expansion
- Own activation as the core problem
- Co-own packaging, limits, pricing levers and qualification logic
- Run growth experiments across the funnel
- Own instrumentation: events, funnels, dashboards
- Define specs, prioritize ruthlessly, document deliveries
What they're looking for
- 4-6+ years product management experience
- Meaningful stretch owning growth or product-led adoption in B2B SaaS
- Eye for design and high bar for craft
- Owned a funnel number, not just a roadmap
- Comfort with packaging and pricing decisions
- Hands-on: write copy, mock flows, build prototypes, set up campaigns
