About the role
Senior Salesforce QA Engineer in the CRM Technology team ensuring quality, reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. Drives test automation with Playwright/TypeScript/JavaScript, API and integration validation, Agile delivery, and release certification.
What you'll do
- Validate Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Platform
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases
- Perform functional, integration, E2E, API, regression, UAT, and release testing
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Validate Salesforce integrations with REST APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, JWT, AWS services
- Support CI/CD, manage defects, mentor QA engineers
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years in Software QA, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering
- 5+ years testing Salesforce applications and platforms
- Experience with functional, API, integration, E2E, and regression testing
- Hands-on with Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, Selenium, or similar
- Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
