About the role
Senior Project Manager in the Customer Experience/Professional Services team owns end-to-end delivery of software implementations for strategic customers. Partners with Solutions Architects, CSMs, Sales and Engineering to drive governance, budget and scope through Go-Live and Hypercare.
What you'll do
- Own full implementation project lifecycle from post-sale handover to Go-Live and Hypercare
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Lead project governance, status reporting and stakeholder communication
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation strategies
- Own budget and scope management within commercial parameters
- Act as primary customer contact for project delivery
