About the role
Greenhouse seeks a Senior Program Manager, GTM & Field Enablement to own EMEA enablement programs, localize global training, and partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders. The role is remote in Ireland and focuses on sales enablement and learning design.
What you'll do
- Own live delivery of GTM and product launch training for EMEA field
- Localize global enablement programs and content for regional markets
- Manage EMEA training roadmap
- Act as enablement partner to EMEA Sales and CS leaders
- Reinforce core selling skills and messaging
- Build reinforcement and measurement framework
What they're looking for
- 5-7 years experience in GTM or sales enablement, skills enablement, or L&D
- Proven experience delivering live training to global field organization
- Track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience enabling an EMEA field organization across markets and time zones
- Experience with both product/GTM enablement and skills enablement
- AI-fluent learning designer
