About the role
Capco seeks an Executive PMO in Banking to act as a trusted advisor to programme leadership, drive senior governance forums, and build advanced Excel-based reporting. The role requires executive stakeholder engagement and PMO excellence.
What you'll do
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Directors and Executive Sponsors
- Own planning, coordination, and facilitation of Steering Committees and Executive Governance Boards
- Design and maintain sophisticated Excel dashboards using advanced formulas and Power Query
- Produce executive dashboards on programme health, financials, and risks
- Manage programme plans, RAID logs, milestones, and dependencies
- Continuously improve reporting through automation

- High-calibre PMO experience
- Executive stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, data modelling
- Experience in programme governance and PMO excellence
- Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
