Professional Services Engineer partnering with public sector customers to adopt and expand GitLab through installation, migration, training and advisory engagements. Balances hands-on delivery with project ownership in a remote async environment.
What you'll do
- Deliver Professional Services engagements including installation, migration, training and advisory
- Plan and execute GitLab deployments from single-node to HA architectures using IaC
- Lead migrations from existing systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed
- Provide technical guidance to public sector customers
- Act as feedback loop to product and engineering teams
