About the role
Product Owner for Credit Risk Tech within Solaris's Lending team, owning a product sub-domain end-to-end. Drives vision, strategy, and priorities for regulatory-compliant credit risk management solutions including credit assessments and monitoring. Collaborates across Credit Risk, Operations, and Legal.
What you'll do
- Own a product sub-domain end-to-end from conceptualization to delivery
- Drive vision, strategy, and priorities for Credit Risk Tech products
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization
- Contribute to product roadmaps with clear priorities and milestones
- Implement and refine agile methodologies within the development team
- Participate in risk identification, management, and mitigation aligned with compliance standards
What they're looking for
- Domain expertise in Credit Risk Management, ideally in a regulated financial institution
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar
- Passion for combining Finance and Tech
- Highly analytical and motivated by complex problem solving
