About the role
Taktile is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Platform to own the strategy and roadmap for its Agentic Decisioning Platform, focusing on enterprise and agentic foundations. The role involves working with platform, infrastructure, and security engineering to meet enterprise customer needs and partnering with go-to-market teams.
What you'll do
- Own the strategy and long-term success of the Taktile Platform
- Define long-term vision and prioritize roadmap for platform capabilities
- Build deep understanding of enterprise requirements (security, IT, compliance, procurement)
- Translate customer insights into product requirements
- Balance innovation with high bar for reliability and security
- Act as voice of the platform and partner with Product Marketing
What they're looking for
- 5+ years work experience in Product Management, including owning platform topics for B2B SaaS or AI products
- Strong technical depth; engineering or technical background preferred
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure, authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO, SCIM), and networking
- Experience with enterprise security, IT, and compliance stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI agents and MCP is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
