About the role
Senior Product Manager- Technical on Mastercard's Data & Services Operational Insights Program, supporting product evolution through strategy, roadmap, and technical requirements. The role partners with engineering and platform teams to shape the technical vision and commercialize products.
What you'll do
- Own, define and deliver end-to-end strategy for multiple features from inception to launch
- Design and conduct user research including customer interviews
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to prioritize development efforts
- Determine release goals for platforms and prioritize assigned features
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and development objectives
- Oversee timely execution of technical requirements creation
