About the role
Senior PM (12-month fixed-term parental leave cover) owning the Tasks product within Staffbase's Actions team, turning frontline operational standards into executable tasks at scale. Works with enterprise customers and an operational-retail domain expert across a portfolio of agentic actions, forms and HR workflows.
What you'll do
- Own Tasks as primary focus, shaping it from early build to scale across thousands of frontline locations
- Drive roadmap and prioritization calls
- Partner with operational-retail domain expert and solution designers
- Work directly with flagship enterprise customers
- Steer maintenance priorities of forms, HR actions and widget/plugin estate with Actions Core team
- Bring an AI-native lens to operational products
