About the role
Senior PM to lead Adyen's AML detection product within Identity & Risk Intelligence, scaling ML models and risk signals across products and markets. Owns strategy execution, compliance partnership, and leads Data Scientists, Analysts and Backend Engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead build and scaling of ML models, rules and risk signals detecting financial crime
- Move detection toward self-service using ML, GenAI and agentic approaches
- Own execution of financial crime detection strategy and prioritize trade-offs
- Act as main product partner for Compliance and regulators
- Define detection quality and efficiency metrics
- Lead Data Scientists, Analysts and Backend Engineers alongside engineering lead

- 8+ years Product Management building ML-driven high-scale products
- 2+ years in AML, fraud detection or financial crime
- Track record scaling ML-driven detection/scoring/risk products
- Experience in highly regulated environments (payments, banking, fintech)
