About the role
Lead key areas of JetBrains Air, an open system for agentic development in IDEs. Own core agentic workflows end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and adoption. Requires deep developer tooling and AI agent experience.
What you'll do
- Own key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs end-to-end
- Define and refine core agentic workflows
- Model complex user flows, system states, and integration schemes
- Maintain transparent roadmap balancing quick wins and long-term investments
- Define telemetry and analyze product data for evidence-based decisions
- Engage with Agent Client Protocol ecosystem and partners
What they're looking for
- Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager
- Strong technical grounding in software development workflows (IDEs, git, CI/CD)
- Hands-on technical background
- Understanding of AI and agent concepts (tool use, MCP/ACP)
- Data-driven approach with telemetry analysis
