About the role
Hevo Data seeks a Product Manager to own a product pod (SaaS integrations, database connectors, or an Intelligence Layer). The role reports to the CEO, requires technical depth in data pipelines, and involves direct customer engagement. It is a general data platform PM role, not specific to genomics or healthcare.
What you'll do
- Own a product pod backlog and the rationale behind product decisions
- Contribute to architecture decisions on data pipelines and connectors
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs
- Translate complex system behavior into clear explanations for internal teams
- Help define the Intelligence Layer after stabilizing the platform
What they're looking for
- 6-8 years of product experience
- Meaningful time on platform or infrastructure products at B2B companies
- Strong technical depth, CS degree or equivalent engineering background
- Ability to discuss system design, data architecture, API design, and engineering tradeoffs
