About the role
Senior Network Engineer to lead Cisco-to-Fortinet/Juniper migration, provide escalation support, manage change controls in ServiceNow, and ensure network documentation. Role is onsite in Hyderabad/Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Lead complex deployment issue resolution during network migration
- Troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches/APs, and legacy Cisco devices
- Own change control lifecycle in ServiceNow
- Configure and optimize Fortinet and Juniper network equipment
- Maintain documentation and drive process improvements
What they're looking for
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
- Strong expertise with Juniper switches and wireless solutions
- Industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP
- Experience with large-scale network refresh or transformation
- Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, Zero Trust, or cloud-integrated networks
