About the role
Senior MLOps Engineer to architect machine learning production lifecycle, deploying and maintaining ML models in scalable, reliable, secure environments. Responsible for infrastructure, automation, and monitoring of AI products.
What you'll do
- Automate deployment and retraining of ML models via CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Build, fine-tune, or use pre-trained LLMs and traditional ML models
- Implement model versioning, lineage tracking, and auditing for compliance
- Monitor model health and performance, addressing drift and degradation
- Provision and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to ML engineers and data scientists
What they're looking for
- 5+ years experience deploying and scaling ML solutions in cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- 7+ years programming experience in AI/ML languages (Python, Scala)
- 4+ years developing deep learning and traditional ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, scikit-learn
- Strong applied data science skills
- Experience with Generative AI approaches (OpenAI, LangChain, Stable Diffusion APIs)
- Experience developing and supporting REST APIs
