- Own the full ML lifecycle: problem framing, data strategy, experimentation, deployment, and iteration.

- Define architecture and production bar for different signal categories.
- Mentor and support junior ML engineers.
- Establish ML best practices for monitoring, feedback loops, and quality standards.
