About the role
Implementation engineer to configure EDI, API, and integration solutions for enterprise customers. Owns end-to-end implementations, supports UAT, and troubleshoots business processes and data mappings.
What you'll do
- Configure EDI, API, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN)
- Build, test, and troubleshoot business processes and ERP integrations
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth and security controls
- Support customer workshops, UAT, and issue resolution
- Apply performance, security, and implementation best practices
What they're looking for
- B.E./B.Tech with 2–4 years of EDI, B2B integration, or middleware experience
- Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and ERP integrations
- Experience with BPS, data mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and UAT
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation skills
