- Design and ship moderately sized frontend features with minimal guidance
- Turn ambiguous customer needs into clear technical plans and accessible experiences
- Advocate for quality, security, accessibility, performance and maintainability
- Establish practices for frontend architecture, component design, testing and observability
- Mentor Associate and Intermediate Engineers and remove technical blockers
- Diagnose frontend performance and reliability issues, participate in on-call
