Senior Deployment Engineer leading hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers. Directs AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, analyses and operational solutions, while validating outputs and translating customer needs into technical specifications.
What you'll do
- Run business discovery workshops to translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases
- Define project scope, data requirements and success criteria with customer IT and business stakeholders
- Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are configured
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs and dashboards
- Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform
- Validate agent outputs against business requirements and iterate with the customer
