About the role
Senior Compliance Engineer owns Hevo's GRC program end-to-end including SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and DORA audits, risk, vendor management and policy. Serves as the technical face of security/compliance in customer due-diligence and security questionnaires.
What you'll do
- Operate compliance programs end-to-end across audits, controls and evidence
- Be primary contact for external auditors
- Own risk assessment and vendor risk management
- Respond to customer security questionnaires and RFPs
- Support Sales/CS on compliance calls with prospects
- Draft and maintain security policies
What they're looking for
- 4+ years in GRC/compliance engineering or related
- Hands-on SOC 2/ISO 27001 audit experience
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, PII/PHI handling
- Vendor/third-party risk assessment experience
- Cloud environments (AWS) working knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication
