About the role
Senior Brand Designer to shape HackerRank's brand across campaigns, content, events, and digital experiences. The role sits in a small Brand Experience team and requires hands-on work from concept to shipped web experiences, including Framer and code fluency.
What you'll do
- Own creative projects end to end across campaigns, launches, content, events, and digital experiences
- Turn briefs into distinctive creative directions and polished outcomes
- Design across social, presentations, reports, campaigns, events, and web
- Build and ship web experiences in Framer, including pages, components, and interactions
- Prototype quickly using Figma, Framer, and code; use AI tools to improve quality and pace
- Collaborate with Brand Design Lead, marketing, product, engineering, agencies, and senior stakeholders
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design
- Portfolio showing conceptual thinking, typography, visual storytelling, and digital craft
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping websites in Framer
- Comfort moving between design files, Framer, and a code editor
- Strong visual judgement and experience owning projects independently
