About the role
Senior Backend Engineer (Java) responsible for designing and building high-volume, low-latency Java applications for Adyen's Payment Gateways team. Orchestrates complex payment flows and defines architecture for next-generation payment features.
What you'll do
- Build, test, and deploy high-volume, low-latency Java applications
- Design highly resilient, scalable services for payment systems
- Drive engineering best practices and contribute to architecture
- Monitor performance KPIs and eliminate bottlenecks
