What you'll do
- Architect and lead implementation of complex backend systems at scale
- Define technical strategy and long-term architectural direction
- Own reliability and performance, establishing SLOs and incident response
- Design scalable API frameworks and data models for multiple teams
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and large-scale refactoring
- Mentor engineers via design and code reviews
