What you'll do
- Understand customers' AI strategy and business challenges
- Build prototypes in customer hackathons using cutting-edge AI technologies
- Support agentic process transformation and ROI from AI deployments
- Execute Proof-of-Value projects including architecture and secure LLM/agent systems
- Ensure successful project outcomes and value realization
- Specialize in domains or industries to scale knowledge
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales including defining AI roadmaps and building ROI/TCO business cases
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Retail (CPGR) industry is a must
- Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning
- Prototyping experience with machine learning and generative AI solutions
