What you'll do
- Understand customer AI strategy and business challenges to find problem-solution fit
- Build creative prototypes in customer hackathons using AI technologies
- Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments and agentic process transformation
- Execute Proof-of-Value projects including architecture and secure LLM/agent systems
- Ensure successful project outcomes until value and adoption thresholds are reached
- Specialize in domains or industries to scale knowledge across the organization
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales including defining AI roadmaps and building ROI/TCO business cases
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Retail (CPGR) industry is a must
- Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning
- Prototyping experience with machine learning and generative AI solutions
