- Support customer onboarding, POCs, and professional day services
- Transform customer networks from MPLS/IPVPN to Aryaka SD-WAN & Unified SASE
- Configure Day 0 firewall and provide technical consulting
- Own complex or escalated engagements independently
- Mentor others informally and build toward technical leadership
