About the role
Hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead anchoring an engineering delivery team. Writes and reviews Apex/LWC code, builds reusable frameworks, enforces engineering standards, and mentors 4-6 developers. Acts as technical authority for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud tracks.
What you'll do
- Write and review high-quality Apex (Triggers, Async, Batch, Queueable), LWC, and JavaScript code daily
- Break down requirements and allocate tasks to team members to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce standards, secure patterns, and 85%+ test coverage
- Build and maintain reusable technical frameworks and optimized architectures
- Audit sandbox and production environments for governor limits and large data volumes
- Serve as escalation point for complex runtime exceptions and integration failures
What they're looking for
- 8–12 years of hands-on tech industry experience, with strong Salesforce focus
- At least last 5 years dedicated to advanced SFDC development and end-to-end project lifecycles
- Proven experience managing core technical teams of 4-6 people and driving code reviews
- High proficiency in writing and solutioning complex code (Apex, LWC) daily
- Ability to understand requirements, solution, and break down tasks for the team
- Must be willing to relocate if a specific project demands it
