QA Engineer – Equity Trading Systems

About the role
QA Engineer for equity trading systems, focusing on manual and automation testing of trading applications. Requires understanding of equity OMS, trade lifecycle, and FIX Protocol, with hybrid work in Bengaluru.
What you'll do
- Perform functional, regression, integration testing, and UAT support
- Create test scenarios, execute test cases, and manage defects
- Validate trading application enhancements and bug fixes
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, traders, and support teams
What they're looking for
- Strong understanding of Equity OMS, Trade Lifecycle, and FIX Protocol
- Experience in Manual Testing with exposure to Automation Testing (Java/Python/Selenium preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL, API Testing, and Agile/Scrum
- Experience with Fidessa Trading Platform is highly preferred
- Familiarity with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools
