About the role
As Test Manager - Regulatory, leads the data validation and testing team for FINREP regulatory reporting projects. Owns test strategy, execution, sign-off, and risk mitigation while partnering with IT, vendors, and program workstreams to deliver compliant data reporting outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead data validation and testing team defining and executing test strategies for FINREP projects
- Build, review, and seek approval for test cases; conduct end-to-end testing and sign-off
- Define testing strategies, plans, and frameworks; align test coverage with BAU controls and EuCs
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and workstreams to meet business and regulatory expectations
- Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management and governance forums
- Maintain testing/documentation standards, oversight on sign-offs and audit deliverables
