About the role
QA Engineer role covering manual, API and database testing plus automation with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber and Playwright. Works in Agile teams on functional, SIT, regression and UAT testing for web applications, with banking/financial services exposure preferred.
What you'll do
- Design and execute test cases and scenarios for web applications
- Perform functional, SIT, regression and UAT testing
- Validate APIs and run backend SQL validation
- Log, track and verify defects through resolution
- Build and maintain automated test scripts with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber and Playwright
- Collaborate with BAs, developers and product owners in Agile ceremonies

- 2-5 years of software testing experience
- Manual, API and SQL testing experience
