About the role
Head of Quality Assurance to lead QA/QC function for Instawork Robotics Labs, building quality systems from scratch. Owns end-to-end quality and data-labeling across operations and manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Build and lead overall quality strategy, processes, standards, and KPIs
- Establish visual inspection and defect detection processes
- Design and implement SOPs, inspection protocols, quality gates, audits, CAPA
- Build, manage, and develop high-performing QA/QC teams
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement using 8D, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma
What they're looking for
- 10+ years experience in QA/QC in automotive, manufacturing, robotics, mobility, electronics, or hardware
- Strong experience setting up and scaling multi-layer quality functions
- Experience leading QA and data-labeling operations
- Hands-on leadership with ability to build quality systems from ground up
