About the role
Project Manager for the Record-to-Report workstream of the AmpliFi Oracle Fusion ERP upgrade program. Leads planning, coordination and testing for GL, financial close, consolidation, fixed assets and reconciliations with finance and technical teams.
What you'll do
- Build project plans, timelines and resource plans for the R2R workstream
- Coordinate with finance controllership and accounting teams on requirements and design
- Track deliverables like chart of accounts redesign and journal entry automation
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across AmpliFi workstreams
- Oversee unit, integration and UAT testing for R2R configurations
- Support change management, training, cutover and go-live readiness
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business or related
- 6-10 years project management experience
- At least 3 years supporting R2R or financial close in ERP transformation
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion
- PMP certification
- 10+ years overall experience
