About the role
Project Manager for MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) systems on interior fit-out projects for IT/ITES/BFSI clients. Owns MEPF schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and site execution for commercial office fit-outs.
What you'll do
- Coordinate all MEPF aspects of interior fit-out projects to meet time, quality and budget
- Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans for MEPF systems
- Review MEPF designs, shop drawings and technical submittals
- Manage procurement, vendor selection and contract negotiations
- Run site inspections, progress meetings and safety/quality controls
- Mentor junior MEPF team members
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services
- 8-10 years experience in MEPF works on interior fit-outs
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems in commercial offices
- Familiarity with project management software and BIM for MEPF
- Knowledge of building automation and LEED/energy-efficient design
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
