About the role
Luma Health seeks a Solutions Consultant to own technical delivery of customer implementations from contract to go-live. The role involves discovery, platform configuration, EHR integrations, troubleshooting, and handoff to support. It requires technical aptitude and customer-facing implementation experience in healthcare.
What you'll do
- Run kickoffs and discovery calls with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
- Configure and customize Luma products including forms, reminders, messaging, and kiosk check-in
- Work with customer IT and Luma Engineering on EHR integrations and data mapping
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate status, risks, and go/no-go recommendations
- Manage scope and write clear tickets for Engineering and Support
- Monitor post-go-live performance and prepare customers for handoff

- Technical aptitude and ability to configure software
- Experience with healthcare EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Customer-facing implementation or consulting experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
