About the role
Greenhouse seeks a Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live. The role oversees consultants on solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development, managing scope, timelines, and budgets. It requires strong customer-facing project management and SaaS implementation experience.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams
- Oversee project team members across implementation, solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development
- Set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each engagement
- Build and maintain project charters, plans, RACIs, and risk/issue/dependency trackers
- Manage scope and change requests against SOWs to keep projects on time and budget
- Track customer sentiment and raise risks early; collaborate with Success teams for handoffs
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience
- Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations
- Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers
- Working knowledge of project management principles and tools (plans, risk, SOWs, scope, RACI)
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder meeting leadership
- Ability to work CST or EST business hours with flexibility for EMEA customers
