Product Engineering Manager, Salesforce

About the role
As a Product Engineering Manager, Salesforce, you will act as a technical lead for tool, asset, and product development in Salesforce navigator and product teams. You'll oversee technical development across the product portfolio, drive decisions for architectural, packaging, and DevOps considerations, and provide guidance on AI tooling. The role requires people management experience and strong Salesforce capabilities, especially Agentforce.
What you'll do
- Oversee development for new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform, as well as strategic tools for Salesforce implementation services.
- Work with tools like Claude and Codex, and Salesforce features (Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex).
- Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with wider product team (product owner, product engineering lead, product developers) to evaluate market demand and align on design details.
- Provide technical oversight and support to the team, including guidance on AI tooling.
