About the role
As a Product Developer, Salesforce, you will develop and support products and assets on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Agentforce solutions. You'll perform hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing in a fast-moving, close-to-customer hybrid engineering environment. The role involves using AI tools like Claude and Codex.
What you'll do
- Develop and support new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform, as well as strategic tools for Salesforce delivery.
- Work with tools like Claude and Codex, and Salesforce features (Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex).
- Perform hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints.
- Strong technical capabilities within Salesforce, in particular with Agentforce solutions.
- Ability to execute technical development and unit testing with minimal oversight.
- Confidence and effectiveness in working with AI tools for efficient development.
